Our weight health programme combines laser therapy, person-centred counselling, and ongoing support to help you lose 1–2 pounds per week in a sustainable, healthy way.
Our laser therapy treatment can be used alongside any diet plan, making it a flexible option no matter what approach you're taking to your health.
What happens during the programme?
We recommend starting with a course of four weekly sessions, giving your body time to adjust to a new eating pattern over a minimum of 28 days.
Your first session lasts one hour and fifteen minutes and includes laser treatment, current weight measurement, and a full body analysis using a specialist monitoring device. We'll also take a close look at your current eating habits, calorie intake, and overall health before creating a bespoke meal plan tailored to your goals.
Ongoing sessions are then shaped around the results of your first session and adapted to your individual needs as your progress develops.

How do I prepare for the programme
Decide the date you are going to make healthy lifestyle changes and call us to arrange your first appointment. Please keep a note of your eating habits over the previous few days and write down your reasons for wanting to lose weight.
