Our stress reduction programme is a very effective way to help reduce stress, promote a feeling of well-being, lower anxiety levels, reduce mood swings, improve sleeping and help you feel back in control
What happens during the programme?
We recommend a course of 4 sessions, the first session takes about an hour and 15 minutes, this allows us to find out about you and make a plan that tailors the programme to your needs. We also help you set realistic goals to help you make necessary changes that can help you manage your new lifestyle changes.
On-going sessions are arranged based on individual needs.

How do I prepare for the programme?
Before coming to your first appointment:
Decide the date you are going to begin your stress management and call us to arrange your first appointment
Keep a note of the situations which cause you to stress, and write down your reasons for wanting to reduce stress
Wear clothes you feel comfortable in.
