Cancellation by you
If you need to cancel your place on a training course, you must notify us at least 7 days before the training date.
7 days or more notice: Your place can be transferred to another available training date.
Less than 7 days’ notice or non-attendance: 100% of the course fee remains payable and your place is non-transferable.
Cancellation by Anne Penman Laser Therapy
If we need to cancel a training event, you will be offered:
A full refund, or
The option to transfer to the same course on a future date.
We will provide a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice where possible.
Please note that we are not liable for any consequential losses or expenses you may incur, including travel or accommodation costs.
Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to war, civil unrest, industrial disputes, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disasters, fire, or severe weather, we cannot be held liable for cancellation.
In such cases:
No refunds or compensation will be provided.
You will be offered the opportunity to transfer to the same course on a future date.
