Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by you If you need to cancel your attendance for any reason after booking you must inform us 7 days before the training date. If you do cancel your attendance 7 days or more before the training your place can be transferred to another training date. If less than 7 days’ notice is given or you fail to attend, you pay 100% of the total paid and your place is not transferable. Cancellation by Anne Penman Laser Therapy.

If circumstances occur that force us to cancel an event you will receive a full refund or the opportunity to transfer your place to the same course on another date. Anne Penman Laser Therapy will give a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice when cancelling an event.

We will not be liable for consequential loss or expenses you incur through cancelling such as travel and accommodation.


Force Majeure

Anne Penman Laser Therapy will give a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice when cancelling an event however Anne Penman Laser Therapy cannot be held liable for cancellations due to "Force Majeure" such as war, riot, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire or adverse weather conditions.
