We are happy to announce that Cold Laser Pain Relief is the first clinic in Australia to offer our stop smoking programme as an add-on to their clinic.
Cold Laser Pain Relief was founded in 2008 by a GP who was passionate about low-level laser therapy and for many years practiced as both a GP and laser clinic treating mainly muscular problems. The advancement of lasers and an increased number of studies has allowed the clinic to expand into many new areas, with the latest being smoking cessation.

Having worked with laser for 11 years I was delighted to learn a new skill, the course has certainly opened a new world of laser application for me.
The course was well organised and the science behind it showed in-depth research and experience gathered by Anne for the last 28 years.
It has been a privilege to have received this teaching and knowledge directly from Anne. The information given in the course has helped me to develop strategies further in dealing with existing patients in the clinic as well as the new, particularly in understanding the personality types which we have been taught through the program.
It has often puzzled me as to why some of our patients upon receiving information regarding their treatment have done all that is required to succeed while others have not, we have often referred to this as an intelligence test, however, I view it differently now with a far greater understanding of the person whom I am dealing with.
As a giver of information, I particularly see the merit of the booklet given after the first session outlining the health benefits both short and long term, this is a wonderful reference point for the client. I am excited to start helping the public to quit smoking for good, this is a great service to be able to offer.
