Laser Therapy

Anne Penman Laser Therapy treatment is safe, non-invasive, drug-free and painless. It involves the application of a cold, soft laser beam that targets specific energy points located on the hands, ears, nose, wrists, arms, legs and feet.

This will help stimulate the release of endorphins, our own natural body chemical, which helps with the relief of pain and stress. The laser treatment will put you back in control, help suppress your appetite, help you deal with food cravings, and help make you less obsessed with food. We will help you set realistic goals and plan for your new lifestyle.

One month’s weight loss programme consists of 4 weekly sessions. It takes a minimum of 28 days to help your body adjust to different eating patterns. The first session takes an hour and 15 minutes. During this session, you will have your laser treatment, get weighed, measured and get your body analysed through a body analysing monitor. We will do a complete evaluation of your average daily food intake, help you plan your meals and set your goals. Weekly follow-up sessions last approximately 45 minutes. Each session is one hour long and sessions are performed on a weekly basis. The weight loss programme is sold as 1 to 6 months packages. The duration of the whole programme is designed according to the individual needs and weight loss goal.
