You must agree to these terms and conditions before booking a course with Anne Penman Laser Therapy (APLT)
APLT provide training for skills to deliver laser therapy it does not permit students to deliver training themselves.
Students are not permitted at any time during training to take photographs or video any procedures or fellow students.
Before booking can be confirmed the course must be paid for in full
Once a practical course has been booked and confirmed it may not be cancelled or rescheduled within two weeks before the date of the course if however it is more than two weeks’ notice AP LTA will offer an alternative date and this will incur an admin fee of £30.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances which result in APLT having to cancel a training course, the students will be contacted as soon as possible and offered alternative dates. If this is not suitable, the students will be offered a full refund. APLT will not be liable for consequential loss or expenses you incur through cancelling such as travel and accommodation.
APLT will give a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice when cancelling an event however APLT can not be held liable for cancellations due to “Force Majeure” such as war, riot, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire or adverse weather conditions. We will not refund or pay you any compensation or be liable for any other expenses to you however we will allow transfer to the same course on another date.
