Preparing to Reduce Stress

Before coming to your first appointment:

  1. Decide the date you are going to begin your stress management and call us to arrange your first appointment.
  2. Please keep a note of the situations which cause stress on you.
  3. Write down your reasons for wanting to reduce stress.
  4. We treat points on your lower legs and feet, so pants or jogging pants    are suggested; wear anything you feel comfortable in.

Please bring the notes you have taken about your lifestyle to your first session.
