What your retreat weekend involves

The next Stop Smoking Wellness retreat will be hosted from www.fairfieldhotel.co.uk Friday 24th - Sunday 26th February 2012.

This informal, fun weekend aims to help you achieve your goal to become smoke free with therapists on hand 24 -7 to give you the help and support you need to make this possible.

We are offering a full, action packed weekend which includes:

* 2 Nights Dinner, Bed and full Scottish breakfast with light lunch each day

* Cocktails on arrival – a fun evening to help get you motivated and get to know your fellow quitters.

* A nicotine addiction questionnaire to help you understand your level of addiction.

*A carbon monoxide test to measure the amount of carbon monoxide currently in your lungs and blood stream and a fun presentation about the benefits of quitting.

Treatments included throughout the weekend are:

* Laser therapy session Saturday and Sunday

* Person centred and group counselling

* The choice of added alternative pamper treatments including Reiki, Massage, Indian head massage and special facials to help skin recover from smoking

Motivational workshops will include:

* Nutritional advice to get healthy so you don't gain weight

* How to be a successful QUITTER - and stay that way

All you will need is the right frame of mind and some spending money for drinks and some retail therapy if you have time!
